How to Resolve the 'Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change' Error
The "Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change" error message indicates an installation failure, which can be caused by various factors, including:

1. The device has too many eSIMs installed. While eSIM-compatible devices
can support multiple eSIMs, the number of eSIMs that can be active
simultaneously varies by model. For example, iPhones can store between 5
and 10 eSIMs depending on the device’s storage. For more details, please
consult your phone manufacturer.

- 2. Cellular or mobile data is disabled in the device’s settings.

3. Attempting to install an eSIM that has already been installed: most
eSIMs can only be installed once.
- To verify if the eSIM is already installed on your device, go to Settings > General > About, and scroll down to find the ICCID (a 20-digit number starting with 89XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and ending with a random extra number).
