How do I change my APN settings?


Follow these steps to set up the APN on your iOS device:

On iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Cellular or Mobile Data.

  1. Select your eSIM under Cellular or Mobile Data Plans.
  2. Tap on Cellular Data Network.

  1. Enter the new APN settings in the Cellular Data APN field as provided in the eSIM installation details (all lowercase, one word).

  1. Leave the other fields blank.


On Android:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Network & Internet.
  3. Select Mobile Networks.

  1. Tap on Access Point Names.
  2. Enter the new APN settings as provided in the eSIM installation details.
Android Cellular Data Settings
  1. Leave the other fields blank.
