How do I install an eSIM on my Samsung Galaxy device?

eSIM Setup on Samsung Galaxy: Quick and Easy Tutorial

Before starting the installation, please ensure that your device has a stable connection, preferably a Wi-Fi connection.

Download the QR sent to your email address.

1- Go to Settings.
2- Tap Connections.
3- Go to "Settings" -> "Connections" -> "SIM card manager".
4- Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add mobile plan".

* Kindly note that your device's settings may be built differently and may not be exact to this screen recording.

5- Select the QR code option.
6- Scan the QR code (or tap the photo icon to upload the screenshot of the QR code, if applicable) and confirm the installation.
7- Add the eSIM plan to your phone and rename it.

* If you encounter an issue during the eSIM installation, please reach out ([email protected]) right away so we can help, and DO NOT DELETE your eSIM since eSIMs can only be installed once on a single device. eSIMs should not be deleted even after your package expires (because you may want to top it up someday).
