How to Fix eSIM Connection Problems on Android

If you're having trouble connecting your eSIM on an Android device, ensure that you have configured the necessary settings for your eSIM.

You can find these settings by navigating to My eSIMs > Details > Install eSIM/Access Data.

To Enable Data Roaming:

  • 1. Open Settings on your device.
  • 2. Go to Mobile Network.
  • 3. Select your eSIM.
  • 4. Ensure Roaming is turned ON.

To Update the Access Point Name (APN) Settings:

  • 1. Open Settings on your device.
  • 2. Navigate to the Network & Internet section.
  • 3. Select Mobile Networks.
  • 4. Go to Access Point Names.
  • 5. Tap “+” or “ADD”.
  • 6. Enter the new APN settings as specified in the eSIM installation details (all lower case, single word).
  • 7. Tap Save.
  • 8. Leave the other fields blank.

Make sure your device is connected to a supported network.
