How to Fix Slow Network Speeds
Speed can be affected by coverage, network congestion, or the prioritization policies of the local carrier.
If your eSIM requires manual APN settings and they are not entered correctly, it might appear as though your connection is slow, when in fact, the eSIM setup is incomplete.
If you're experiencing slow network speeds, first ensure that you've met all the requirements listed on your eSIM installation page. Then, follow these steps:
- Configure your APN settings (if required)
- Temporarily set your device to 3G
If you continue to experience slow network speeds after taking the above steps, try the following:
- Switch your device to 3G if available
- Toggle airplane mode on and off
If your eSIM supports multiple networks, you may also try connecting to a different network to see if it offers better performance.
