How to Resolve PDP Authentication Failure
The "PDP Authentication Failure" error may be related to your settings or the validity of your eSIM data.
Please verify the following:
- The APN is correctly set according to the information from your eSIM installation page (all lower case and one word, if required).
- You have remaining data on your eSIM. Attempting to connect with no remaining data may trigger this error.
- Your device is connected to the supported network as specified on your eSIM installation page.
To find your eSIM installation page and all relevant details, go to My eSIMs > Details > Install eSIM, and scroll down the page. If you have verified these settings and still face issues, please try resetting your network settings.
To reset your network settings*:
- Open Settings on your device
- Navigate to General
- Select Reset
- Choose Reset Network Settings
- Restart your device
*Resetting network settings will clear existing WiFi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.
