How to Use eSIM to Access the Internet on Your Samsung Galaxy Device
Before you begin, make sure the eSIM line is active and selected for mobile data.
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Connections.
- Tap on SIM Manager.
- Verify that the eSIM is enabled. If it isn’t, turn it on.
- Tap on Mobile Data and choose your eSIM.
Connect to the Supported Network:
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Connections.
- Tap on Mobile Networks.
- Go to Network Operators.
- Select your eSIM.
- Turn off the option for Select Automatically.
- Choose the network specified in your eSIM’s Access Data information.
Update APN Settings (if needed):
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Connections.
- Tap on Mobile Networks.
- Go to Access Point Names.
- Select your eSIM.
- Tap Add.
- Enter the new APN in the APN field.
- Tap OK to save it.
- Label the APN as pozitifdata in the Name field.
- Leave the other fields empty.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Tap Save.
- Ensure that the new APN is selected.
Enable Data Roaming (if necessary):
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Connections.
- Tap on Mobile Networks.
- Toggle Data Roaming on or off as required.
